We want you to be completely cozy in your Oodie, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for all items in their original packaging. Please ensure items are unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit the Returns Portal

  Head over to our online returns center and enter your order number and email address to start the process.

  Select Your Items

  Choose the items you wish to return or exchange and provide a brief reason so we can improve your future experience.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label, print it out, and securely attach it to your return package.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect it, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
